The subject of research is the lending activity of PJSC "Raiffeisen Bank Aval ". The aim of this work is to find ways to improve lending activity a PAT "Raiffeisen Bank Aval" Based on the defined target objectives of this thesis are: 1) reveal the essence and the main aspects of credit commercial bank; 2) explain the concept of credit risk and portfolio structure; 3) to consider the regulatory and legal framework in the field of credit; 4) give general financial and economic characteristics of commercial bank; 5) an analysis of the structure of the loan portfolio PAT "Raiffeisen Bank Aval "; 6) Based on the analysis of the loan portfolio and research money market suggest ways to improve credit of PAT "Raiffeisen Bank Aval".
